Execution Advisory
Offered exclusively to clients who have completed a Capital Strategy Engagement. When you are ready to act on your strategic recommendation, we provide hands-on advisory support through the execution phase.
Fee Structure
1.5% of transaction value with a minimum floor of $15,000. A separate agreement is required. Scope may include coordinating partners, negotiation guidance, and buyer/seller strategy.
Coordination with maintenance partners, brokers, and legal counsel
Negotiation guidance and transaction strategy
Buyer or seller positioning and market timing
Due diligence coordination and document management
